Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble and repackage the furniture in its original protective wrapping to prevent structural damage or scratches during transit.

  Schedule Transportation

  Once your request is approved, our specialized white-glove logistics partners will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for professional item retrieval.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
